WORK LIFE BALANCE IN INDIAN HOTEL INDUSTRY – A STUDY

The wellbeing of employees is a priority for modern businesses, who are attempting to provide work-life balance so that can their lives between work and home. There negative impact on employee welfare if there an imbalance personal professional life. Unlike other industries, hotels known in- depth service delivery which lead long working hours over straining employees. Hotel industry packed with uncompromising professionalism, ambiguous daily roasters along sudden pressure physical as well mental stress. This acclimatization your life adjustments psychologically. study included quantitative research techniques, simple random sampling technique was used whereby the participants were 81 professionals single and, in relationship, male female, without children. According our findings, women hotel most affected among population. KEYWORDS; - balance, industry, satisfaction, hospitality sector
